Statewide Service

I provide GC on Record services for Florida projects that need a licensed General Contractor attached to the permit.
This is different from a permit expediting or permit-pulling service. My role is to take the GC responsibility required by the Building Department, review the project for compliance, coordinate permit-related communication, and remain on record until the permit is properly closed.
I work with contractors, flippers, investors, property owners, and out-of-state companies that already have a project, scope, and trades, but need the legal GC structure to move forward in Florida.
You control the work. I handle the licensed GC responsibility and Building Department compliance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
What does “GC On Online” mean?
It means I act as the licensed General Contractor officially listed on the permit. My role is to provide licensed GC responsibility with the Building Department, coordinate permit-related compliance, and remain on record through inspections and permit close-out.
Can I still run the job myself?
Yes, you run the job site yourself. We provide real oversight — reviewing your project scope, plans, and inspections to ensure quality. We’re not just a name on paper. That’s what keeps it legal.
How involved are you in the job?
I review the project scope, plans, permit status, and required inspections. I coordinate with the Building Department when needed and stay on record until inspections and permit close-out are completed.
What areas of Florida do you cover?
We cover all of Florida, including Miami, Orlando, Naples, Palm Beach, and Tampa. We work remotely and can handle everything via phone, email, and the permit portals.
Do you pull the permit under your company or mine?
The permit is handled under my Florida GC license when I accept the project as GC on Record. The exact structure depends on the project, city requirements, and written agreement.
What if the city has questions?
We handle all permit-related communication with the city. If needed, we can answer questions, provide corrections, or update documents directly.
What if I get inspected? Will you be there?
We guide you on what to expect and what to prepare. If needed, we review your inspection photos or help coordinate corrections.
